No mess
No more dripping fat, coagulated coals or lava rock. When cooking is finished, just wash the griddle or pan.

Specially designed, very hard-wearing bag, with separate pockets for legs and griddle

This is very similar to the very original Beauclaire introduced 11 years ago. The gas burner is now fitted with a removable windshield, which is lighter, more effective and enables easier cleaning. The enamelled cast iron griddle allows for cooking crepes on the smooth side as well as steaming and boiling vegetables, kettle etc.

Carry Bag for Beauclaire Basic

This new version of the Beauclaire is for those for whom weight is important. Identical to the Beauclaire Original described above but with the key difference of a new lightweight griddle whose features include: 4.5 kg lighter, industrial quality non-stick surface, smooth area for eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes etc, ridged area for the rest of breakfast and the classic BBQ, substantial beautifully designed handles for firm grip.

Lightweight griddle

Burner Cover
Protects the assembled Beauclaire, either model. Toggle & pull-string tuck the skirt underneath to prevent blowing away.

Griddle Pouch
.Very strong. Carry separately or slip into pocket inside bag- for cast iron griddle. Ref GBF.

Food Warming Rack
Nests in rim of griddle covering half the surface area. High enough to allow continuous cooking underneath, low enough to keep food warm.

Griddle Brackets
Set of 3. Fit onto the gas burner to retain the griddle.
